The trial pack is designed to last 6 days, and contains:
- 6x sachets of Formula 1 Healthy Meal Shake (3x vanilla flavour / 3x cookies and cream flavour). One sachet makes a single Herbalife Formula 1 shake. Replace your usual breakfast with a Formula 1 shake, eat healthy meals for lunch and dinner, and have two healthy snacks in between.
- 2x sachets of Instant Herbal Beverage. Mix 1/3rd of a sachet with a mug of hot water and have one or two cups to start your day.
